AFFILIATE TERMS & AGREEMENT

Accounts: Only one account is allowed per company or organization. (This means If you have more than one website or pages use the same click account for all your pages. Do not make one for each of your website or pages. Signup only 1 Account and Promote all of our sites.
 
Payout: All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds Pay-outs are for the 2 week pay period ending approximately 3 weeks before. The additional week is to allow for refunds and charge backs to come in. If someone you send gets a refund or a charge back you don't get any money for that signup. Partners get 50% after iBills 15% processing fee. I know 15% sounds like a lot but programs that do their own partnership administration tend to shave a lot more then 25% off of your signups every month. That 15% for the 3rd party administration means you know you're getting every dime you earned.
 
In order for CCbill to send a check you must earn at least $30. Your balance will roll over to the next pay period until you have enough for them to cut a check.

You will be terminated immediately if you fail to comply with this! : The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, beastialty, warez, password selling or trading, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails. Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement.

You will be terminated : If your account show consistent high levels of refunds & chargebacks we will no longer be able to to business with that client.

Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds. We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters. It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
